BOZCH Africa Limited was born from a deep commitment to address the pressing challenges faced by rural communities in Malawi. Founded in 2025 by Nelson Blackson and Omega Zambasa, our organization emerged from years of observing the gaps in essential services and the untapped potential within these communities.

Our founders recognized that sustainable development requires more than just good intentions—it demands strategic planning, community engagement, and a holistic approach that addresses interconnected challenges. This realization shaped our comprehensive six-pillar approach to community development.

With the support of our dedicated board of directors, led by Chairman Mavuto Chintengo, we've built a strong foundation for our work. Our team brings together diverse expertise in community development, healthcare, education, agriculture, and environmental conservation.

While we are in the early stages of our journey, our preparation has been thorough. We've spent countless hours engaging with communities, understanding their needs, building partnerships, and developing programs that are both ambitious and achievable.
